The cuisine of Eroma takes and retains the flavors of the past times; simple but carefully prepared,
is based on the authenticity of the natural ingredients and on researching their combinations. The dining room and veranda overlook the harmony of the landscape, and they invite you to discover the flavors of the region and the wines of the land of Lugana.
The restaurant offers a menu with a wide selection of appetizers consisting of salami, accompanied by homemade salads and the highly-required fried dumpling, cheeses by from the pastures of the val- leys of Brescia and jams made in our kitchen; by pasta dishes made with homemade pasta stuffed or served with traditional sauces from northern Mantova; by seconds of beef from poultry fed naturally; desserts made with eggs from our chickens, and with the fruits of our trees.
The menu varies according to the season and the availability of the ingredients.
The professionalism of our kitchen staff also allows us to organize special themed dinners, feasts for special occasions, weddings etc.
The soul of the restaurant is Angelo, a man with a passion for art and cookery, who spends his free time looking for recipes, tools and oddities that lead us to rediscover the rural culture passed on only in the memories of the farmers.
