Eroma’s kitchen recovers and preserves the flavors of the past; simple but particularly accurate, it is based on the genuineness of natural ingredients and on the search of combinations.
The restaurant and the veranda overlook the harmonies of the landscape, inviting you to discover the regional flavors and wines of the lands of Lugana.
Appetizers with local cold cuts, served with homemade “giardiniera”, with cheese from pastures of Brescia valleys and made with our goats milk, served with jam made in our kitchen;
First courses where every pasta is homemade, filled or seasoned with sauces of the tradition of the high Mantua area;
Main courses of beef and poultry naturally feed;
Desserts made with the eggs of our hens and fruits of our trees.
The menu varies according to the season and the availability of the ingredients.
The professionalism of our kitchen staff also allows us to organise themed dinners, banquets for special occasions, weddings etc.
